HGC Recognizes Top Producers for 2025 After a Strong Sales Year

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – HG Christie Ltd., The Bahamas’ largest and oldest real estate firm, has announced its 2025 Top Producers, recognizing outstanding performance across multiple islands following a year of exceptional results for the company. The awards reflect individual excellence, strong client relationships, and consistent performance during a period when HG Christie continued to outperform broader market trends.

Despite international headlines pointing to softer real estate activity in some markets, HG Christie experienced a strong year, driven by sustained demand, limited inventory in key locations, and the firm’s extensive international reach. The company’s agents closed transactions across New Providence, Grand Bahama, Abaco, Eleuthera and Exuma, reinforcing HG Christie’s position as a market leader throughout The Bahamas.

Named Overall and Nassau Top Producers for 2025 were Philip Hillier and Anya Mousis of The Hillier Team, marking the seventh consecutive year the team has earned the firm’s top honour.

Hillier noted that 2025 was a strong year for sales, with activity returning close to post-pandemic levels, driven largely by continued interest in the luxury segment of the market. He added that the firm has seen increased relocation interest from European and Canadian buyers seeking long-term lifestyle and tax-efficient opportunities in The Bahamas.

Mousis echoed those sentiments, emphasizing the collaborative nature of the achievement.

Frank Knowles was recognized as Top Producer for Abaco, continuing a track record of strong performance on the island.
