NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Exuma will soon be the home of the country’s newest state-of the-art resort development.

The Davis Administration making the announcement while inking a Heads of Agreement for the $56 million project. 

It is a 36-acre development on Elizabeth Island in the Exumas and according to Prime Minister Philip Davis, Kiama Bahamas will have the lowest environmental impact of any development in the Caribbean.

The project will include 28, four to six bedroom private villas on the island and president of the development, John Long says work will start within the next month or two.

An early opening is planned before the end of the year.
