NASSAU, BAHAMAS – IHOP is one step closer to opening its doors on New Providence hundreds turning out to the Department of Labour this morning for the first round of interviews for line staff positions. Operations Manager for Caribbean Dining Ltd. Dicrius Ramsey shares exactly what the company is looking for in new hires.

The second round of interviews are already scheduled for January 24th and 25th. Now if candidates are not successful this round, Ramsey says hiring will continue throughout the year as they plan to establish more locations.

The 4th location, he says, could be located on a family island.
