ISRAEL – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned Ireland, Norway, and Spain’s decision to recognize a Palestinian state as a “prize for terrorism” on Wednesday (May 22).

He asserted that this would establish a terrorist state that could perpetuate violence like the October 7 Hamas attack. Despite the announcement, Netanyahu emphasized Israel’s determination to win the gaza war.

Currently, 144 out of 193 UN member states recognize Palestine, including Russia, China, and India.
