GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – A teacher who is passionate about education, recently produced a curriculum focused on religious studies as she believes the sector was lacking the country.

And that is where it all started for veteran educator Andrea Najman.

During the pandemic, she decided to write, a religious curriculum, titled “the Christian Way” for grades 3,4,5 and 6 as she feels as if the educational material needed for the religious studies sector was lacking.

Her hope is for the book to better prepare students for the National BJC Examinations.

Najman sharing true purpose for writing the book.

Now the methodist school is already using the books in their classrooms and she says others are showing lots of interest, including the Anglican schools.

And she’s confident that it will go far.
