UNITED STATES – A federal judge ruled Wednesday that a Tennessee woman suing Sean “Diddy” Combs for alleged sexual assault from when she was 19, cannot proceed anonymously.

Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil found her arguments “wholly meritless,” stating that allegations alone don’t entitle plaintiffs to anonymity.

The woman claims Combs’ security guard took her to a private room at a party where she was assaulted.

Combs, who denies all allegations, has been accused in multiple lawsuits, but the judge emphasized the public’s right to transparency in judicial proceedings.
