NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 24-year-old man is behind bars awaiting a bail hearing after he was accused of an unlawful sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 24-year-old man is behind bars awaiting a bail hearing after he was accused of an unlawful sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
Jamal Naissance denied the charge at his arraignment before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.
Prosecutors say the incidents happened in May and June.
Naissance returns to court on Friday for a bail hearing.
His trial is set for October 8.
