NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A Supreme Court judge has set bail at $30,000 to a man accused of killing two men and seriously injuring a third in a shooting after raising concerns about the quality evidence in the case.

Lavardo Dorsette, 36, is charged with the November 30, 2024 murders of Reynaldo Rolle, Kischnell Edgecombe and the attempted murder of Shanton Lloyd.

The incident happened around 10pm at Plane Street in Pinewood Gardens.

In granting bail, Justice Neil Brathwaite said the evidence presented was incomplete.

As a condition of bail, Dorsette has to wear an ankle bracelet and sign in at a police station.
