NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prosecutors have closed their case against a man accused of molesting his girlfriend’s teenage daughter and giving her hush money.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prosecutors have closed their case against a man accused of molesting his girlfriend’s teenage daughter and giving her hush money.
The 29-year-old hasn’t been named to protect the alleged victim’s identity.
He has denied allegations of unlawful sexual intercourse at his trial before Justice Guillimina Archer-Minns.
He’ accused of molesting the girl when she was 12 and 13 in 2022 and 2023.
The now 15-year-old testified that the man paid her between $20 and $100 depending on what sexual acts were performed.
The alleged victim denied that she made up the molestation claims because she was in trouble with her mother for ducking school with a boy.
