NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 29-year-old man is behind bars accused of raping his ex.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 29-year-old man is behind bars accused of raping his ex.
Prosecutors say Shone Munroe raped a 37-year-old woman on May 5.
The incident allegedly took place at an abandoned building on East Bay Street.
Munroe was not required to enter a plea to the charge when he made his first court appearance before acting Chief Magistrate Ancella Evans.
Munroe was denied bail and he returns to court on August 27 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
