Man Behind Bars Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 15-Year-Old Girl

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 41-year-old man is behind bars – accused of the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl who sneaked out of her parent’s home.

Fred Deal Jr. faced a charge of unlawful sexual intercourse when he made his first court appearance before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.

Bail was denied and the matter was adjourned to September 7 for the presentation of voluntary bill of indictment papers.

The charge stems from an incident that allegedly took place on may 14 at Eneas Jumper Corner.

At around 1am, the girl’s mother realized that she wasn’t in bed.

When the mother went outside, she saw a vehicle in front of the home moving up and down.

Her daughter alleged that she had sex with a man inside the car when her mother confronted her.

The girl could not give consent as she is under 16.
