NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 62-year-old man is facing charges after prosecutors say they found him living in a home he doesn’t own.

Anthony Cunningham is accused of housebreaking after prosecutors say he illegally moved into a home on Devonshire Street that belongs to the Ministry of Tourism.

Cunningham denies this and has been granted $3,000 bail.

His trial is scheduled to begin before Senior Magistrate Kendra Kelly-Burrows on March 16.
