NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man is behind bars awaiting sentencing after a jury convicted him of fondling a nine-year-old girl as she slept.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS -A man is behind bars awaiting sentencing after a jury convicted him of fondling a nine-year-old girl as she slept.
Thirty-one-year-old Arthur Nixon, of Eleuthera, was accused of touching the girl’s breasts while visiting her home in New Providence on January 9, 2026.
Nixon, who was on bail pending his trial, has been remanded to prison to await sentencing for indecent assault.
Justice Roberto Reckley will hear sentencing arguments on November 26.
