NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A trial date has been set for a former policeman accused of the murder of a Pike Corporation employee.

Berneil Pinder is expected to stand trial for the murder of American citizen Cody Castillo next March.

Prosecutors allege that 51-year-old Pinder fatally shot Castillo with his service weapon after following him out of Da Plantation Bar and Grill on March 26th.

Pinder is free on bail.
