Marine Suspended After Claims He Inappropriately Touched Teen Girl
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 24-year-old marine has been suspended from duty following claims that he touched a teenage girl inappropriately.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 24-year-old marine has been suspended from duty following claims that he touched a teenage girl inappropriately.
Keshlon Turnquest denied allegations that he indecently assaulted the 17-year-old girl on July 10, 2026 at his arraignment before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.’
His bail was set at $6,500.
As a condition of bail, Turnquest has to sign in at the Carmichael Road Police Station and is barred from contacting his alleged victim.
Turnquest is due back in court on January 25, 2027 for the start of his trial.
He will remain on half-pay until the matter is concluded.
