Tonight, our Marlena Leonard introduces us to a 6-month old puppy with some mobility challenges looking for a little extra care. Let’s meet her in this week’s dog of the week story!
Meet Lilo! An absolute sweetheart, 6 months old shepherd-mix. What she lacks in stability, she makes up for in heart.
Adoptions Coordinator, Fiona Moodie tells us her arrival at the shelter was very touch and go.
But Moodie says despite her physical struggles, Lilo is as sharp as a tack and showing improvement.
Lilo is house trained, and Moodie feels she just needs a little more tlc.
