NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Two accused murderers have been arraigned for an alleged plot to kill a homicide detective.

Prosecutors say 20-year-old Aljaron Stubbs and 29-year-old remand inmate Rodger Wallace conspired to kill Sergeant 2735 Raphael Miller on March 13.

Wallace was already in custody after being charged with the 2021 murders of Nevada Nairn and Antone Brown last May.

Meanwhile, Stubbs was also arraigned for the murder of Jorge Cuevas, who was fatally shot on February 10 near Island Luck on Cable Beach.

Stubbs and Wallace were not required to plead when they appeared before Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt on Monday.

Bail was denied. They return to court on June 29.
