NASSAU, BAHAMAS – We’ve got a heartwarming and fun-filled culinary adventure to tell you about: the “Daddy and Me Cooking Experience.” It’s an interactive event where fathers and their little ones come together to create delicious home-cooked meals.

Dedicated to a day away with dad, dozens of fathers brought their kids out for an exquisite taco cooking lesson filled with unforgettable moments, like the random kitchen karaoke.

Founder Simone Bowe explains that “Men Speak” was founded on principles of fostering family bonds and how events like the “Daddy and Me Cooking Experience” strengthen connections between fathers and their children.

“Normally you see mothers in these roles, but we wanted to create an opportunity for fathers to have that experience with their children,” Bowe explained. “We are a platform for men to express themselves and connect with their families from a man’s perspective.”

Ray Morrison co-hosted the event.

“Being here today, in this atmosphere of love and connection, is truly special,” Morrison shared.

It was a somber moment for everyone at the table when Diave Williams shared that her father had passed away, but she cherished the time spent with her granddad, uncle, and cousin. This was a testament to the need for more meaningful bonding experiences.

Mario Williams, another attendee, added, “It took us away from the usual hustle and bustle. Let’s cook tacos and make memories.”
