MEXICO – The Mexican Navy says it has dismantled clandestine drug laboratories in three states, seizing large quantities of drugs and chemical precursors used to make synthetic narcotics.

Officials say more than 10,000 liters and over a ton of precursors were confiscated across the operations.

The announcement comes days after U.S. President Donald Trump suggested the U.S. could strike cartels inside Mexico.

But after recently speaking with Trump, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum ruled out any foreign military intervention.
