NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Potholes – a nagging concern for many motorists in New Providence. Officials at the Ministry of Works have a road paving schedule, and as a result, there are roads that they may not be able to attend to right away.

In cases like those, potholes are patched, according to Civil Engineer Francis Clarke.

If you did not know, patching potholes comes at a high price, totaling over $1 million per year.

Potholes take many motorists by surprise, but anyone who has had their car damaged by potholes, there may be a path to compensation.
