GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Grand Bahamian taxi driver, Lil Stan, does not agree with Iram Lewis’ decision to resign from the Free National Movement and join the Coalition of Independents. He believes the country is still not yet ready for a third party.

On the other hand, there is a view that Lewis’ resignation is a loss for the opposition.

But for Central Grand Bahama resident Larry Levy, Lewis is a good Member of Parliament, who he says is always willing to help.

Lewis is the first COI representative in Parliament. This party supporter believes his decision was the right one.
