NASSAU, BAHAMAS – New fleet and programs are on the table for the Royal Bahamas Defence Force, according to the force’s Commodore Dr. Raymond King.

This is all in an effort to assist with strengthening agreements between stakeholders in the region including countries such as Turks & Caicos, Cuba, and the United States.

King says the government is now looking at a public private partnership agreement to fund the growth of the force’s bases in the country.

In addition, the organization has received approval from government to expand its reserve force.
