No Fallout From Private Sector Minimum Wage Increase

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – With minimum wage set to roll out in the public sector, Prime Minister Philip Davis says he’s not expecting any fallout from the private sector.

He announced a minimum wage increase back in October to $260 per week in both the public and private sectors.

The rollout was retroactive for the public service going back to July and will roll out in January 2023 for the public service.
