During a key ruling party meeting on Wednesday, Kim outlined plans for the new year, emphasizing expanded strategic cooperation with “Anti-imperialist independent” nations.
Amid accusations of supplying military equipment to Russia for the Ukraine conflict, North Korea has strengthened ties with Moscow, receiving technical support.
