SERBIA – Chaos erupted in Serbia’s parliament as opposition lawmakers set off smoke grenades and tear gas in protest against government policies, in support of student demonstrators.

What started as outrage over a deadly train station collapse has grown into a major challenge for the government.

Tensions hit a boiling point when opposition MP’s scuffled with security and filled the chamber with smoke. The speaker confirmed two lawmakers were injured, one critically.
