Opposition MP In Grenada Crosses The Floor

GRENADA – Delma Thomas, Grenada’s MP for St. Andrew North West and former member of the opposition New National Party crossed the floor in the House of Representatives on Tuesday taking her seat on the government bench.

GRENADA – Delma Thomas, Grenada’s MP for St. Andrew North West and former member of the opposition New National Party crossed the floor in the House of Representatives on Tuesday taking her seat on the government bench.

Thomas announced this week she would be aligning with the ruling National Democratic Congress, just some weeks after she resigned from the NNP. The opposition bench has note commented on her crossing.

The politician said she wants to continue to be the representative for St. Andrew North West and said there’s never been a hidden agenda.
