NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas Humane Society, which is a charity dedicated to caring for and protecting our little furred pets was vandalized once again.

The incident happened right around midnight Tuesday.

CCTV footage shows two men wearing gloves and with their faces covered, smashing a glass window with an object then pulling back blinds and cUrtains to enter the building.

General Manager of the Humane Society, Inspector Percy Grant, says another on duty inspector heard the noise.

The thieves getting away with over $1,000.

The footage goes onto show the two culprits escaping through a back door and then running through the yard.

Grant say’s he can’t understand why someone would steal from an organization not set up for profit, but instead, dedicated to helping others.

And despite what happened, there’s already a positive update in this story – the police responded to the incident immediately and already have a suspect in their custody.
