NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The much anticipated Paradise Plates 2024 is a proponent of food assistance  from corporate entities and thousands of guests from the community.

Paradise Plates is  a fundraiser for Hands for Hunger’s pantries, which currently services 5,000 families and sixteen schools.

Under a Bridgeton theme, ambiance and decor displayed in Atlantis’ Imperial Ballroom made me feel like a member of the ton.

In my best Lady Whistledown voice, dearest viewers as you promenade through the venue there was a  pianist, the iconic green carpet, cigar lounge, an endless array of food from the islands top chefs, delightful beverages  and ravishing fashions.

Just like any ball hosted in the ton, a key component is the entertainment.

Organizers have seemed to have found their sweet spot when it comes to this aspect, however this year they decided to amplify their display of support to the arts and entertainment industry.

With visual artist, musicians and DJs, a wide range of talent was showcased to a space filled with country leaders, business executives, countrymen and women including an art gallery.
