NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Fed up on Friday, staff at the Parliamentary Registration Department walked off the job. The list of complaints includes unkept agreements, backpay, overtime, and health hazards.

As the our news team arrived, the Coalition Of Independents leaders Lincoln Bain and Maria Daxon were heading the protest.

Bain, appointed group spokesman, claims workers have nt been paid monies owed, from last year.

Bain also claimed Acting Parliamentary Commissioner Arthur Taylor has also not been paid.
It is believed Taylor was in the building during the time of the protest.

Our News was not able to immediately verify any of these claims but employees who wanted to remain anonymous spoke of their ongoing plight.
