NASSAU, BAHAMAS – President of the Bahamas Pharmaceutical Association Shantia McBride says the association is still awaiting a consultation appointment with the prime minister to discuss issues plaguing the pharmaceutical industry.

McBride says profit margin changes have negatively impacted the industry, leading pharmacies to close their doors to avoid fines.
