NEW YORK – Prime Minister Philip Davis takes center stage during a New York Times climate change panel discussion with World Bank and IMF officials.

PM Davis insists climate change is no longer a threat, but a crisis.

His appearance comes as many low income countries believe more investment is needed to protect vulnerable countries from the impact of climate change and to build their resilience.

Davis says more needs to be done to address the criteria for accessing the funds.
