NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prosecutors have dropped their case against a jet ski operator accused of raping a Canadian tourist three years ago.

Twenty-eight-year-old Cleveland Musgrove was charged with rape after the woman claimed he offered her a ride while at Cabbage Beach on June 12th, 2019.

She alleged that Musgrove took her to Athol Island and raped her.

However, the case ended without going to trial after the prosecution presented a nolle prosequi.
