1. ELIGIBILITY 

Age: Participants must be 18 years or older. 

Location: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of The Bahamas. 

Ineligible Participants: Employees, affiliates, sponsors of Cable Bahamas Group of Companies, Easy Car Sales, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) or anyone residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. 

2. HOW TO ENTER 

Major Giveaway: To enter the major giveaway for the electric SUV, participants must complete quizzes on our official website. Only participants who answer the quizzes correctly will be eligible for the random draw. 

Smaller Giveaways: Smaller giveaways will be hosted on our social media platforms. Participants must subscribe to or follow our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) or engage with our content (e.g., like, comment, or share) to enter, as noted in each post. 

Multiple Entries: There is no limit to the number of times a participant may enter the giveaway. However, for each quiz, only the first answer will be accepted. Only correct answers will be considered eligible for the random drawing. 

3. PRIZE DETAILS 

Major Prize: One (1) 2024 BYD YUAN PRO compact SUV EV (White) from Easy Car Sales, with a retail value of $39,950 including VAT. 

Smaller Prizes: Various merchandise from Easy Car Sales, including but not limited to branded accessories. 

Prize Limitations: The major prize does not include insurance or any additional fees associated with ownership (e.g., licensing or registration). The prize is provided “as is,” and there are no delivery location restrictions. 

No Responsibility or Liability: Once the prize is delivered, neither Cable Bahamas Group of Companies nor Easy Car Sales will bear any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or issues arising from the use or ownership of the prize. 

4. PROMOTION PERIOD 

Promotion Period: October 21st – December 15th – December 20th 

Draw Date: December 26th, 2024, during Our TV live broadcast of the 2024 ALIV Boxing Day Junkanoo Parade
