24th Annual Ball Keeps Hope Alive For Parkinson’s Patients

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Kingdor Parkinson Foundation hosted their charity gala ball over the weekend with special guest performer, Johnny Gill.

For the last 24 years, The Parkinson’s Ball has been a fundraiser geared towards the organization’s mission of improving the quality of care for those diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease through research, education and outreach.

Set underneath memorizing blue lights, the ball served guests an experience that will not be forgotten. With a room field with dignitaries, executives, community leaders and other fabulous guests, the ball was not just a fundraiser, but an event to honor trailblazers in the country.

Jerome Sawyer was one of the honorees who was recognized for his innovative work in broadcasting.

Ann Marie Davis, the wife of the Prime Minister who attended the event said that it’s important to support these fundraisers as anyone can fall prey to illness.

Grammy-nominated artist Johnny Gill stated that The Bahamas holds a special place in his heart.
