NASSAU, BAHAMAS – NEMA Director Captain Stephen Russell said there is no love lost between himself and House Speaker Patricia Deveaux. His comments are in response to Deveaux’s comments back in June in the House of Assembly when New Providence experienced a weather system that brought torrential rain and tornadic activity.
