GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Coach Yo says we have to start from the ground up when it comes to putting together a senior women’s national basketball team.
GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – We have to start from the ground up when it comes to putting together a senior women’s national basketball team, according to the Head Coach of Ole Miss’ Women’s Basketball Team and Grand Bahama native Yolett McCuin.
Coach Yo previously served as an assistant coach for the men’s team last year but due to a prior commitment had to rescind but she’s still committed and invested.
She says The Bahamas already has the human resources to field a national team.
A major hurdle though is financial support.
