NASSAU, BAHAMAS – “Sustainability” is a word we’re all familiar with in this climate conscious world, but not everyone feels that call to action.

The Bahamas National Trust hopes through visits to their parks, more Bahamians will come on board to care for the planet.

The Bahamas National Trust is hoping to get Bahamians more invested in conservation and caring for our environment through more frequent visits to our country’s beautiful national parks.

Executive Director of the BNT, Lakeshia Anderson-Rolle says you never truly get it until seeing it for yourself.

But conservation and experiencing the parks aren’t only for adults, the executive director encourages regular family outing at national parks.
