GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – The Swingers Junkanoo Group has emerged victorious at the 2025 Senior Junkanoo Parade held on January 9th. It has been nearly a decade since their last win in 2016, making this victory even more special.

Marketing Manager TJ Adderley shared the excitement of the win, expressing that the group feels “amazing” about their achievement and the success of their “great team.”

Chairman Anjoun Armaly spoke about the months of preparation that went into getting the Swingers ready for the parade. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to their supporters and sponsors for making the victory possible.

This year’s theme, The Great Indian Reunion, was a vision of their late leader, Anthony “Huck” Williams, who had hoped to bring the concept to life before his passing. Despite challenges on the parade route, including weather conditions, the Swingers were still able to deliver a spectacular performance.

Group leader Michael Miller said their victory is a testament to the team’s dedication, adding that it was a defining moment for the group.
