NASSAU, BAHAMAS - National Security Minister Wayne Munroe says stiffer penalties are coming for offenders who breach the terms of bail.
A recent Privy Council ruling in July said that denying bail for murderers is unconstitutional, according to Attorney General Ryan Pinder.
