Teen Rescued From Rubble In Turkey 198 Hrs After Quake

TURKEY – Some 198 hours after last week’s 7.8 magnitude earthquake, a 17-year-old was finally rescued from the rubble of a building, Tuesday.

TURKEY – Some 198 hours after last week’s devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake, 17-year-old named Muhammed Enes Yeninar was finally rescued from the rubble of a building, Tuesday.

Local media reporting he was immediately placed in an ambulance for urgent medical care.

A state-owned news agency also reporting his 21-year-old brother Baki was rescued after him.

Their condition remains unclear.

The combined death toll in Turkey and neighboring Syria from last Monday rose above 37,000 and is said to keep increasing.
