Gold is not afraid of a melting pot, and Paul Wynn is not afraid of hard work. He is the developer and brain child behind Goldwynn Resorts and Residences, Cable Beach. We have seen this development transform from a demolished structure to a spanking new building. Just what is Goldwynn?

Wynn, who has developments in the Caribbean, the Middle East and North America, did not leave out Bahamians when planning Goldwynn. The resort with some 160 condo units.

While interviewing my friend Paul, I asked the magic question: When is this beautiful property going to be opened?
