NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Tuesday afternoon’s press conference was attended by the group’s top brass Way Forward executive Michael Foster who says the ruling was not against them, but a statutory arm of the government.

Public relations officer Deyvon Jones say the intent was never to hijack the name.

But establish a proper constitution and move towards fair elections.

With tensions still high over the ongoing feud the question looms whether unity is possible.

It’s a question the group hopes will be answered at open elections in April.
