NASSAU, BAHAMAS – For years now vendors have complained about beach access to Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island.

In the past, governments have promised vendors that they will have access to the beach, however, lately again, vendors have said that’s not been the case.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism and Aviation Chester Cooper says the issue involved only one of the entrances to the beach.

Cooper says the government is working with various stakeholders to ensure vendors have consistent access to the beach.
