Thirty-Two-Year-Old Accused of Unlawful Sex with a Minor
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 32-year-old man is behind bars on allegations that he had unlawful sex with a minor on two occasions this year.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 32-year-old man is behind bars on allegations that he had unlawful sex with a minor on two occasions this year.
Prosecutors allege that Deangelo Holbert had relations with a 14-year-old girl, who couldn’t legally consent because she’s under 16.
The illegal hookups allegedly took place on New Year’s Day and May 3.
Holbert didn’t have to enter pleas to the charges when he stood before Magistrate Kendra Kelly-Burrows.
He was denied bail and he’s set to return to court on July 21.
