NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Many of you may be familiar with Hands for Hunger, a local organization that aims to end hunger year-round. Well, the local food charity is hosting it’s biggest fundraiser after a few years away.

After a four-year hiatus the fundraising extravaganza known as Paradise Plates is returning.

The event to be held at the Atlantis Resort brings together professional chefs and food lovers.

But its not just a party, the event held at the end of this month seeks to raise awareness and funds for a good cause.

Hands for Hunger has been known for years for feeding thousands through its food programs.

Hands For Hunger Outreach Manager Precious-Fortune Thompson says events like this helps to make it happen.
