Three Teens Facing Charges Over Alleged Gang Rape Of 15-Year-Old Girl

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An adult and two teenagers are facing charges in connection to the alleged gang rape of a 15-year-old girl.

Tyrese Oliver, 19, and two 16-year-old boys, are charged with unlawful sexual intercourse in relation to the June 15 incident.

The charge stems from an alleged sexual assault that took place at a party in Montell Heights.

The accused were not required to enter pleas to the charges when they stood before Senior Magistrate Algernon Allen Jr.

Bail was set at $7,500 each and the accused return to court on October 29 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers, in order to fast track the case to the supreme court.
