LONDON – It’s where the world comes to talk tourism.

The City of London is hosting the World Travel Market Showcase this week, drawing travel partners and about 180 countries to discuss future bookings, partnerships, trends and share best industry practices.

And naturally, The Bahamas has a presence.

Tourism’s Director General, Latia Duncombe, is heading the team for this showcase, where success, innovation and future growth dominate the presentations and discussions.

This mega showcase on display – easily described as the Superbowl of global tourism, is now also now including individual cultural presentations – with Junkanoo taking top honors as the halftime blockbuster show.
