MIAMI – Travel consultants and advisors were treated to the best in Bahamian music, courtesy of Avy and, of course, Junkanoo.

To enhance the experience, drinks inspired by and created in The Bahamas were served, offering attendees a true taste of the islands.

Taimark Walkine makes Bugarie Beverages, a rum he says represents the spirit of The Bahamas.

Taimark Walkine – CEO, Bugarie Beverage
“It’s important to share this around the world so people all over the world can have a taste of The Bahamas. Let’s say you’re in Connecticut or you’re in Hawaii or you’re in Germany, and you open up a bottle of Bahama Mama rum. I want you to feel like you’re in The Bahamas, like I’m going to transport you back to that vacation that you had in The Bahamas, and maybe you can’t get to right now. So when you open up that Bahama Mama rum and you smell that pineapple, it makes you feel like you’re in Eleuthera.”

Pink Sands Spirits was also on hand for the Miami Mission Show. CEO Pablo Conde says the brand captures the essence of Bahamian life.

Pablo Conde – CEO, Pink Sands Spirits
“For us, it’s also very important to create that excitement, to get people excited to come and continue driving those numbers to The Bahamas.”

Pablo Conde – CEO, Pink Sands Spirits
“People love the look of the brand, they love the flavors, and the story behind it.”
