Transwoman Drops Charges Against Accused Long Island Killer

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A transgender woman has decided not to pursue charges against an accused murderer who allegedly pulled a box cutter on her and threatened to kill her.

Police arrested Nathan Harding on August 28 after he allegedly assaulted and threatened Philip Wallace, when he released he’s biologically a man.

Wallace was wearing a full beat of makeup and heels when she told Assistant Chief Magistrate Shaka Serville that she wanted to drop the charges.

As a result, Harding who’d spent the weekend in custody was released.

Harding is on bail awaiting trial for the 2020 murders of 62-year-old Jane Harding, 62, and her 34-year-old daughter Melissa Hui.

He faces additional charges of kidnapping and raping them before he allegedly killed them at a beach on Long Island.
