NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of molesting his younger sisters has been granted $9,500 bail.

The 23-year-old man’s name has been withheld to protect the identities of the alleged victims.

He has been in custody since September 28 when he was formally charged with incest at his initial court appearance.

As the magistrate lacks the authority to consider bail for the offense, he was denied bail.

The man was granted bail by Justice Gregory Hilton on the condition that he has no contact with his alleged victims and signs in at a police station.

He’s accused of sexually abusing his sisters, ages six and nine, on September 23.
